Greetings, all.

So even though no one wanted to do anything with me on Sunday (blah), I had a pretty good weekend. Friday night I fell asleep halfway through From Hell. Happens every fucking time. Ah well, there are worse things to see before falling asleep than the exquisite face of Johnny Depp. *drool*

Saturday I slept in surprisingly late. It felt good. I chatted online with [livejournal.com profile] pierceheart for way too long, though it was very enjoyable. I didn't really do anything else all day other than eat and read a bit. Then I showered and got dressed and primped for [livejournal.com profile] pir's party. [livejournal.com profile] leenah, I finally got to wear the black leather mini you gave me. Yay! I think I ate too little for the amount I drank. Not a good way to divide my calories. But with good IPA, cider, Guinness, and scotch, well, I couldn't resist. The party was fun. I met lots of people, many of whom are on LJ and whose user names I can't remember. I went home at 3:30, surprised as hell to find it had gotten so late.

Sunday, more sleeping in. The only really productive thing I did all day was lots of dishes (mounds of them) and grocery shopping. I was unhappy with all the light pasta sauces, so I doctored one of them up for dinner, adding sauteed portobellos, onions, peppers, and garlic. Nummy. Then I finished watching From Hell and called it a night.

So dance class is happening again for me. Yay! It starts tomorrow. Note to self: look at calendar and find out if I will be unavailable for any classes in the next few months. Grr. Time to think up another solo. Eeek. Maybe I'll do the TMBG one this time. I kinda want to save "Black Magic Woman" for when I can do floorwork. :)

Enough rambling outta me. Time to get back to work.
