It is 4:45am. I just got back from Arisia where I was dancing the night away.
I took a cab home, though I had 2 offers of places to sleep. I got home safely, so no one need worry. But when the cabbie let me out, he did so at the end of the block so I wouldn't have to wade through a waist-high snow drift.
Instead, I had to walk half a block through knee-high snow. In a velvet skirt with bare legs. I ran it. I am now shaking and coughing, and have only just finished gasping.
I am going to bed now. I want to go back to the con tomorrow...if I can leave the house.
