I'm alive! Mostly.

So the reason I've been so out-of-the-loop is that I've been working all week at this temp job, where I don't have a computer of my own to use. It's going pretty well so far, at least.

Alas, I'm getting what pierceheart has in terms of illness. I woke up this morning coughing. I thought it was just early morning congestion, but it's been getting worse all day. I skipped dance tonight--I'm just not up to three hours of classes--and am going to sit and knit in front of the TV all night. I ordered Chinese. Yum.

I just hope I'm feeling better instead of worse by tomorrow--I SO want to go to XMortis to see nepenthe and company dance, and to just get out to see and be seen. I miss clubbing. Wah. Also, I'm supposed to be going to a party Saturday night, and REALLY want to be there. Really. I guess I'll at least stop by briefly even if I'm sick, and just refrain from smooching anyone, and bring a bottle of hand sanitizer. Or something.

Ok, just got interrupted by the arrival of the Chinese food. Mmm. Chinese. Now dinner is eaten and I am content. Now to knit.

Time for bed now. Me sick. Knitting done. Just need a trip to Windsor Button for accessories, to finish this extremely late V-Day present for pierceheart.
