Jan. 25th, 2007 11:41 amIt's days like this I'm glad for the tunnels under MIT. I can get to my Stitch 'n' Bitch without going outside!
Five positives:
1. Making progress on my sleeve (sweater knitting)
2. Baklava last night! (thank you, sweetie! It was evil but taaaaasty.)
3. Stitch 'n' Bitch today, so I can hang out with my fellow knitters!
4. I AM going to the Flea, and I have a brand-new corset to wear if I should so choose!
5. I have the world's cutest cat, hands down (and paws up!)
I don't know that I'll have the gumption to stop on my way home tonight and get anything for dinner. I still have 1/4 pound of cooked shrimp and some cooked broccoli, Maybe I'll just make some rice to go with that, or something. But maybe I will have the gumption, and can make something really good. Fajitas? I could TOTALLY go for Mexican, with all the sour cream and guacamole that entails. And cheese. Mmmmmmmm. But if I make fajitas I will do better for myself. I wish peppers weren't so pricey. Then again, I think tonight's the night McKinnon's is open late. Maybe I'll stop there instead of Shaws. There's a plan!
