Pasta bowls and Pagans

Mmm. Lunchtime. Laura is hungry. Time for the pasta bowl. I had "The Rainbow Connection" stuck in my head all morning (gag), but now it's changed to some song I always hear in Man Ray. That's better.
The other admin here has been dealing with this magazine where our company had bought a full back-cover ad about 9 months in advance. They double-booked it, and it looks like they're giving it to the other company because they paid before we did. Now, another magazine where we had the same kind of ad in the same month's issue has called, and they're doing the same thing. Poor Jen was freaking out. I am SO glad I'm not dealing with that shit.
Pagans' Night Out tonight. Woo-hoo! Beer and gossip with my friends. Had a lovely time last night, too. Not many people showed at discussion, but fun was had before, during, and after it. Plus, no one told us to "get a room"! (See, Pea? Public snogging is no biggie. :P )
