Brrr. The cold really got to me this morning. Only now are the hives going away, and I've been inside for well over an hour! Gah. I ought to go see an allergist about the cold urticaria, and see if there's anything they can give me that will prevent the hives without putting me to sleep. Maybe I should make that a priority before summer, so swimming is easier.

Today, I go to my home buying seminar at work. This should be interesting! Now, I didn't bring lunch to work, and this lasts from 12 to 2, so I'm guessing they expect it to be a brown bag deal. I guess I'll pick up a sandwich on my way or something. I am curious to learn more about this. Even if we don't end up buying this time, it will be good to know more for when we DO.

I'm thinking that it might not be a bad idea to start working some home-mojo to help us find the right place and be able to afford it. Not to incline anyone to sell who wouldn't otherwise, you understand: I DO want to be able to haggle! Just sort of a "point us in the right direction" thing.

Tonight, the boy has a conference call, so I figure I'll whip up a pot of chili for dinner while he does that. I haven't made chili in far too long.
