I went to school for international affairs. It turned me into an anarchist! I have absolutely no place in politics!

I do have a fairly good memory for names though. It's faces that give me trouble.

A-HA! So you have professional schmoozing training. That explains the social ease and success. And now you have turned your talents towards evil...it all comes to light now.

Do you have any advice for a young man who is just starting out on the International Affairs ladder? My younger brother is about a year from his degree if I remember correctly.

Unfortunately, by the time I finished my degree, I had already decided not to pursue a career in that area. I went to grad school for journalism instead.

Where's your brother going to school? I did GW.

He was hoping for GW but the whole money thing reared it's ugly head. He is going to the University of Delaware. Apparently it is one of the more highly recognized programs right now, and he gets in-state rates.

Oh, cool. And not too far away from DC still.

Hmm. I would maybe suggest summer internships in DC. Internships are always a good thing. My friend did one in an embassy. Mexican. Or maybe Chilean. Or maybe I just think that because I had Chilean food for lunch. Mmm.
