Why am I having these %$&( problems?

I can't seem to get the hang of this. My updated entries go through to the journal, but then they don't show up there. Then, I try putting them up again and they show up, but then I'm afraid they're there twice, since other people have apparently seen them. So I delete the second one, and I still don't see the first one. What a pain in the ass.

refresh or reload the page. I find that is a common problem with LJ, that if you go to your recent postings page, or even your friends page, more than once per browser session, it only loads the previously cached page.

Also, closing your browser completely does the same thing.

Another thing I did, was to put myself as one of my Friends. that way my posts show up in my Friends view.

Tried both of those things multiple times with no success. Ah well, must just be one of those evil techno-things that happen to me on occasion. Funny, things worked fine on my crappy computer at home...
