According to my friend Jason Clarke:

1.) It's by SOTA Toys;
2.) It's an action figure, not a statue;
3.) It will have ball-jointed shoulders, pivoting legs, and bendy tentacles;
4.) It will be at least 10" tall;
5.) and it should come out in May, probably via their website.
