Ups and downs

badseed1980I must start getting more sleep. I am a zombie this morning. 1:30 in the morning is NO time to go to bed when you need to wake up at 6 and be functional for work.
Then again, I'm not sure whether I could have gone to sleep any earlier. I had very weird feelings last night, starting around 8pm. I felt like I'd taken an ephedra: racing heart, hyperactivity, enough energy to run a mile...odd. I had to turn off all the lights in my room and type by candlelight, smell lavender oil, and nibble on salt before I could get back to normal. And I think it was mostly that odd feeling finally wearing off that led me into a brief depression. Fortunately, that lasted all of, what? Half an hour? Felt much better after, as I stabilized and chatted with my love. I have no idea what caused this. I didn't take any sort of stimulant. Not even a cup of tea.
*YAWN*
Need stimulants now, though. Time for more coffee!
Tonight: I will come straight home, fuck discussion group. No one shows up anyway. I will put away my dry laundry. Then I will do some homework. Shower. A little time online. NOT much. Certainly not until 12:41 in the morning.
And then lovely, lovely sleeeeeep.
