Thank you! Having served in an unpopular war I still feel surprised by expressions of gratitude. They are appreciated.

Well, pierceheart is currently serving in a war being waged by an administration I detest for reasons that are unjustified. But I still support him and am grateful for what he does, and I am glad to know that at least one person over there really does want to leave that place better than he found it.

And I know that even in the worst of wars, there is still heroism, there is still good being done somewhere by some people.
