Today I read some stuff on LJ from a friend of a friend that just made me want to bang my head against a wall. The guy had serious trouble with punctuation (there wasn't enough), capitalization (I don't think there was ANY), and spelling. Fortunately, QOW has a remedy:

Aside: I totally get the creepy-crawlies about anything involving someone's eyes getting poked out or exploding or what have you. I don't know why, but I do.

What is really bad is that some people get so used to typing that way. You see the same quality of writing on resumés.

i rarely capitalize if it's not anything professional cause i can type faster that way, but i at least try to make sure my spelling, grammar, usage and punctuation are right. oy. it doesn't take that much effort.
of course this comment is probably riddled and i'm just not noticing, right?
