Not that I get phone calls, BUT...

I left my cell phone at home today. Dumbass. I think I was focusing too much on the strawberries I got to have for breakfast. So if anyone was thinking of calling me for some reason, leave it until this evening or e-mail me, because only my cat will be home to answer, and she's a lazy bitch who never picks up the phone.

Weekend plans:

I want to do something Friday night. Haven't decided what. I gave geoogo the opportunity to change our Sunday plans to Friday night if he so desires, but haven't gotten an answer as of yet.

Saturday at 1 I'm going to RI on the train. The 'rents are driving me to my cousin's wedding shower. I will stay at their place overnight.

Sunday my father will drive me back to Boston, help me re-install my A/C unit, and bring up the camping equipment I'll need for Stones Rising. That said, does anyone happen to have an air mattress (full size or bigger) I could borrow? If not I'll buy one myself, but since I'd use it so rarely and have so little storage space, I thought I'd ask for a loaner first.

Sunday evening I currently have some sort of non-solidified plans with geoogo.

Don't you just hate it when someone you care about is upset and you can't reach out and help them? Usually I have that problem with pierceheart since he's so far away. But sometimes it can happen with someone nearbye too. :(

OH MY GODS!!! IT'S POSSESSED!!!

Ok, for those who don't know, pierceheart sent me a stuffed camel that got here the day after our anniversary. It has a little battery pack inside, and a "press here" sticker on its leg. It takes AAA batteries, though, and I didn't have any until now. I popped some in and pressed. Now, I was expecting that sort of "mmmmuuuuurmmmmmm" sound a camel makes. Nope. His eyes lit up glowing red, and he started playing Arabic music.

Holy shit. I laughed my ass off. "71-Hour Ahmed", as I am calling him, will DEFINITELY be accompanying me to belly dance class when it starts up again in the fall. I may even need to bring him in to work tomorrow. I'm still laughing.
