OK, so I'm definitely going out this evening to see a house (single family with yard!) in Malden (but a convenient location!) with the broker. pierceheart won't be landing until 9:50pm, so he'll miss it, but I'll have my phone camera if I need to take pictures for him.

Yay, my boy's coming home! :D
