OK, so I'm definitely going out this evening to see a house (single family with yard!) in Malden (but a convenient location!) with the broker. pierceheart won't be landing until 9:50pm, so he'll miss it, but I'll have my phone camera if I need to take pictures for him.

Yay, my boy's coming home! :D

Hungry now. Time for lunch.

Oh, good luck! My boy and I are trying to sell our house and buy another one, and the looking-for-houses part is definitely the best. (Now if someone would just BUY ours...)

It's a bit nerve-wracking since prices here in the Boston area haven't dropped as much as everywhere else, and we have to be all moved in by the time his lease is up at the end of August!

Oh, yes, I can imagine! I live in the Midwest, and so the prices aren't bad, but we have a lot of homes for sale and so a very competitive market to sell in.
