Happy birthday, wench33!

Five positives

1.Repo! The Genetic Opera: leenah we so need to see this when it comes out! Thanks to zzbottom, who mentioned this last night.

2. Good communication, IN SPITE of retrograde Mercury. In your face, stupid planet. No, I don't believe in all astrological stuff, but retrograde Mercury has always seemed to be a time of difficult communication for me. I often haven't realized until after a particularly difficult time that Mercury had been retrograde while it was going on. But yeah, last night's conversation was good AND fun.

3. I'm making "tuna in whore sauce" tonight for dinner. This is what fancy types would call "tonnato puttanesca". Yum. Oh, I hope that's ok by you, pierceheart. Let me know if it's not. Man, I haven't cooked much lately. I miss it.

4. Tomorrow night is obsessive fangirl night with kyrian03! Yay!

5. I have some gorgeous heirloom tomatoes from the Davis Square farmer's market. So pretty!

Holy crap! Why did I not know that RIGHT NOW, the Rhode Island School of Design Museum has a big Dale Chihuly exhibit? His work is so goddamn beautiful. I need to see about getting down to Providence to see that at some point. Oh man, the color...the light...gorgeous.

I wonder if my parents might be interested.
