Grr. I thought I was over the damned sore throat! Ah well...it was worth it.

Had leftover curry for lunch today. Num. pierceheart and I really make a great team in the kitchen. And he even likes broccoli stems, like I do. Yay! The schmoopy domesticity is totally disgusting. It's a nice change. :)

Tonight is dance. Last week's class was cancelled. I'm not feeling too hot (what with the sore throat and not enough sleep), but not bad enough to skip after a week with no class. Then it's back home, hot shower, and bed.

So I found out that the laundry in the basement does indeed work. I used it. I am pleased--no more trekking to the laundromat, unless I need to wash a duvet or something.

A chance to give a certain friend a big hug

A good knitting project to work on, and the materials with which to do it
