Weekend plans

badseed1980Three and a half more hours of work to get through this week. W00t. I keep knocking wood that nothing awful happens to make this a rotten day. It usually DOES on Fridays when the senior admin is out. New Year's Eve, for example, was a fucking nightmare. Gah.
However the rest of the work day goes, I am hopping a train this evening to go visit the family. It's my Pepere's 80th birthday this weekend, so we're having a party for him tomorrow at my aunt and uncle's place.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
pierceheart has been planning to come with me, but he's been so fucking sick, poor boy, that he may not be able to make it. He hasn't let me know yet if he will be coming with me or not, and he said he would by 2pm today. I think that means he's getting a lot of sleep. Maybe that will help.
Anyway, after I (or hopefully "we") get back on Sunday, it's off to my friend FC's place for his birthday party. I should find a present for the boy. He is making chocolates, so I know I will be in his debt. :)
Really looking forward to this weekend. AND next weekend. And, y'know, just weekends in general are great. Yeah.
