Woo-hoo! Friday!

Last night, my gorgeous pierceheart and I met up after I got out of work for a drink at Redbones (Bear Hop Rod Rye--mmm!) and dinner at Sauce. Sauce was overpriced, but quite tasty. Then we hit the Pagan discussion group at Diesel, and I got to see dolphindream and the strawberry-bearing F, along with some other nice peoples. Now, I can't say I see things the same way as many of them seem to, but we did have a nice discussion. I am glad pierceheart likes F fairly well. We stayed too late, went home, and went to bed MUCH too late.

I asked pierceheart on Wednesday if he had any ideas for date-like stuff on Friday night. He said, "Yes: dress up nicely when you go to work, and leave the rest to me." So he's totally plotting, and I'm dying to know what I'll be doing tonight! I have the best boy ever.

Tomorrow, I will spend doing laundry (or maybe I'll do that Sunday?), as well as practicing my dance numbers (all THREE of them, oy vey) and cleaning the house for my parents' visit on Sunday. Sunday, the boy and I will have lunch with them (and I assume my sister) for a Mothers' Day thing.

And that's what life looks like right now. Not bad at all.

Oh, you guys were at Sauce last night? I ate there too, but I didn't see you guys.

It's certainly expensive. Wow, did it ever add up fast. Still, work sucks lately so good scotch was very helpful.

I go there once every couple of months, and yet each time the door person says something like 'Oh, hey, you came back!'. I'm beginning to be creeped out by it.
