1. buffy the vampire slayer:
   I got suckered into watching this by my evil soph year roommate. At first I turned my nose up. Then I realized that the writing is great, with a wonderful mix of dry wit and drama, and that Spike is bloody gorgeous. *sigh*
2. dark eros:
   Erotica in general is great. I think of "dark" eros as that side of the erotic that includes a little danger, a little mystery, a little pain. It's the spice that makes the sugar even tastier.
3. fetish flea:
   This is one of the reasons why I love Boston. Twice a year, I get to shop for fabulous clothes and toys and dress up all sexy, AND I get to look at all the people in their fetish finery.
4. junk food:
   I like healthy food, but I firmly believe that life is too short to shun deep-fried stuff, chocolate, ice cream, and tortilla chips.
5. mead:
   I love to drink it and make it. I know a LOT of meadmakers, and am spoiled because I get to drink homemade mead frequently. Mmm. Honey-wine.
6. pagan festivals:
   I only go to one: Stones Rising. It's special to me for spiritual and emotional reasons. I had a wonderful time this year.
7. quill pens:
   Fun to write with. I like dip pens in general, for calligraphy. Quill pens also make interesting toys. Sharp on one end, soft and ticklish on the other...
8. sex:
   Well, duh. I love it. I have since I was 17.
9. switch:
   I mostly seem to tend towards the submissive, but I'm beginning to explore my dominant side as well. I'm learning that it's fun to make men squirm. :)
10. wicca:
    Another duh. It's the path I'm working towards. I feel called. That's pretty much it.

Oh, absolutely! That would be great. :)

I only recently started making mead. I learned the basics from some friends, and I have a gallon jug of peach melomel in progress at home. It's already pretty darn clear, and I'm just giving it some time to mellow now, really. I might rack it again soon and take a taste to see how it's doing.

I find that the longer you leave it, the better it tastes!

This really depends on the specific batch. Apparently some are delicious after only a couple months and then start tasting like ass shortly after, while some are awful until they're several years old. That's one of the reasons why I have heard you should taste your mead every time you rack it, to see how it's doing.
