Sorry, I should update more.

So...work has returned to its usual level of general discontent occasionally lightened by giggles shared with coworkers. Last week it started very bad, so this is actually an improvement.

I finished the scarf I was knitting for my father, and just have a few ends to weave in. Now I'm doing something fluffy and pink for my sister. I hope I have enough yarn. Hers was expensive-ish.

Dance is really turning into something wonderful in my life. Every week, I'm so happy to go to class. It's a great break after work. I found out one girl who recently joined the class is [livejournal.com profile] nepenthe01. Funky. Onto the friends list she goes. I typed "Fiends" at first. Heh.

Last night I had a wonderful date with F. I cooked him dinner (buttercup squash stuffed with nitrate-free bacon, chicken and apple sausage, apples, onions, and brown bread, seasoned with cinnamon, chipotle, clove, nutmeg, and maple syrup), and he brought orange-flavoured dark chocolates (which he made) for dessert. Mmmmmmmmmm. When I got home and got ready to cook, I found out that [livejournal.com profile] pierceheart had made the bed and cleaned up. This morning, I found out he got the coffee ready for me so all I had to do this morning was turn on the coffee maker! I can't even say how much I love that man. He's the best.

I am a contented Badseed today. :)

i've got some pinky bits of nifty yarn that you're welcome to use for sis' scarf - in case it comes out short, you could add on bits to the ends. the yarn is from a Suss kit i bought a couple years back. i've used some of it, but really, pink is SO not my color.

if it were green you'd hafta pry it outta my cold dead hands though. :D

I also have some Trendsetter Pink foofy yarn. It's got some iridescence in it as well.

(I know that's probably not a real word, but dammit, I've got a literary license!)

Foofy is enough of a word for me. I know what you mean!
