Slow slow day

I feel like stretching like a cat and taking a long walk outside. I need something to do. Work is so damned slow today, it's driving me crazy. I am also still without plans for this evening. Grr. If I knew I was going to Man Ray, I could plan my outfit and makeup. If I knew I was seeing a movie, I could check reviews online. If I knew I was doing absolutely sweet fuck all, I could make a list of important household chores I need to get done, and prioritize them. People aren't even posting frivolous messages (or important ones) on mailing lists these days, so even my favorite time waster is out! (On the plus side, I did get to look at some faboo tarot decks on http://www.aeclectic.net . That site rocks.
And at the same time, there's a crisis here at work that I can do nothing about. A big shipment of materials for a presentation was sent to our biggest prospect. FedEx lost track of the shipment. We can only hope that they find it soon, or my coworker will have to come in on Saturday night to make more of the booklets. Which is a big, expensive pain. One for which we'd charge FedEx, of course, but still.
Anyway, I just want to do something FUN tonight to make up for this BORING day!!!
