First: Look what I missed! Men without pants!

Second: I have little sproutlings of lavender and sage growing in my kitchen window. They're looking great! This is the first time that I've planted lavender seeds and they actually sprouted. There are FOUR of them! :D

Third: pierceheart left for a long weekend of drill this morning. :( He's not coming back until Sunday night. I am going to make some yummy red meat for him when he comes home. It's becoming something of a tradition when he goes to the range.

Fourth: My dance recital is on Saturday, April 29th, if anyone's interested. Probably 1pm, but I'm not certain. I'll be in three numbers: two group pieces and a solo. Black Magic Woman again, I'm afraid. I was up late hunting for good belly dance music on the iTunes music store, but to no avail. They need more belly dance music there for download. I also needed more time to hunt. :( Anyway, at least the song is good.

Fifth: If anyone wants to hang out tomorrow night or Saturday night, let me know. I have no plans and would like to do something fun with someone. :)

I meant the recital, of course. :) I'm putting in my calendar. The only conflict I could think of would be a trip up to NH for a potluck, but that's at night, methinks.

..and I have yet to make it to one of your recitals yet. Which makes it take precedence!

Well, like I said, it's Saturday the 29th, *probably* starting at 1pm. It's at BU, in their student union building at 775 Comm Ave. It would be nice to see you there, if you can make it! :)

I'll try to be there at the recital--it's a good group, and I like to support friends in creative endeavors and all--but if a friend needs me to help move her out of her ex's place, that'll take precedence, since I can't the next day.

As for music--I know we don't really share tastes as far as costumes and music for dance, but I have a relatively wide variety, I could make you a mix of different artists so you have an idea of what you might be interested in, and I could lend it to you for ripping. Or something like that. Obviously not for this recital. ;)

fourth - I am betting that they have 'hips don't lie'-Shakira on iTunes. I am sure that a lot of folks would appreciate a cabaret interpretation of that by you.

fifth - I am betting there will be folks at goffee_talk tonight that you know. I will not be there myself. Tomorrow night I have another masons related event as malaki42 gets Installed Monarch of Mahded Grotto in Canton MA. I kinda doubt your interest on the latter item.

I've sort of been trying to stay away from the intensely overpopular music like Shakira, actually. But thanks for the suggestion.
