Sometimes when you refresh the screen, it will stop moving. I've noticed this on other's icons.

it is moving. The various browsers not handling animated gifs well is a common bug. Usually a refresh or a CTRL-F5 will fix it.

Yeah, I tried that before and it didn't work (in Safari, on a Mac), but now it appears to be mobile. Go figure.
