Fuck days with only 24 hours in 'em, when there's so much that needs to be done. Fuck weekends that are only two days long, when I can't get anything done during the work week. Fuck the fact that my apartment is so messy because of the lack of 30-hour days and 9-day weekends, so I have to clean it all tonight. And still get up early enough to shower, shave, do the hair and makeup, get all pretty, pack, and head out to my belly dance recital in time to get pictures taken before I go on stage. Grr.

Fuck having to buy Christmas presents when I can't take my time to do it. Fuck not getting my friend RM a Christmas present because I probably won't see him at Christmas, as I haven't in over a year. Fuck not being able to give my love his Christmas present in person, and having to send it to the Army base where he's staying before going to Iraq. Fuck not being able to do the bellydance-striptease I wanted to do for him before he left. He's getting it when he comes back, that's for damn sure. And a whole lot more. Only gone since Sunday, and I miss him already.

Thanks babe. :) On the plus side, I *am* looking forward to actually being on stage. It's funny. The idea of dancing in front of my friends scares the crap out of me, especially the ones who are also dancers (more experienced than I). But a whole big audience, with me on stage? Groovy!

You are able to put your energy into the performance, and it will take your mind off of Morgan for a while. :S

Besides, we generally put more stock in what our friends think than it what total strangers think, so I'm not surprised you feel that way.
