Things I must cook at some point soonish

1. Barbecued chicken pizza on a whole-wheat crust (pita, probably), with roasted red peppers and red onions
2. Lamb with fennel and orange zest, maybe in burger form, with orange-garlic light mayo
3. Chicken chili with chipotle, corn, and black beans
4. Some sort of citrusy shrimp, maybe in a a mojo sauce or something, grilled
5. Oven-roasted sweet potatoes with allspice, cumin, and cayenne, accompanied by grilled or broiled jerk fish and possibly collard greens

Mmm. When do I get to cook again? Tomorrow, I think. Time to hit McKinnon's, or just the regular grocery store. See what's on sale.
