Jun. 27th, 2006 01:51 pmI woke up at some point last night with a charley horse in my right leg. It wasn't a really bad one, but it was there. My right leg's been sort of crampy all day now, in spite of periodic stretching. I know the heels aren't helping, but I have no work-worthy flats, and it's not like I'm doing a LOT of walking around.
I finished reading Sandman VII: Brief Lives at lunch. The more of those books I read, the more I love them. The Endless are such an amazing bunch of characters. Makes me want to have an excuse to dress up as Death again, and say "Peachy keen!"
In a few hours, I will be seeing

Date: 2006-06-27 06:06 pm (UTC)You may be leaning towards a gastrocnemius tear. It's a muscle in the calf that is terribly painful and once ripped takes up to a year to mend. If it's the back of you calf, let me know and I'll give you all the tips.
