Last night, lamb was finally had! We grilled it. The boy fell asleep on the futon after dinner while we were watching TV. Aww. I'm surprised I didn't. I did go to bed fairly early though--10:30--and slept like a log. I didn't even wake up when my curtain rod and the curtain on it fell out of my window. Slept right through it. I needed that.

Today I am finally going to a Notary Public to get the forms notarized that I need to send in, in order to claim my unclaimed property in the state of RI. That amounts to less than $70, but it's still a good chunk of cash! :) It'll cover my phone bill and more, at any rate. It was interesting to find out about that. My sister told me there was something on the RI Dept. of the Treasury website that had a list of people with unclaimed property that the state was holding. I looked up my name, and it was on the list. They had me put in my SSN and date of birth or something like that, and it turned out that a check from my old temp agency was there for me. Huh.

I believe I'm going to Diesel tonight. Dunno who else is planning to go, but if anyone does, I'll see you there, more than likely.

mmmmmm lamb....

oh we love those little lambies,
yes, we really do,
whether they are on the grill
or even in a stew!

When I was on a train going across Ireland from Galway to Dublin, we saw lots of sweet little lambs frolicking in the fields. My friend and I were like, "Mmm, anyone got some mint sauce?" :P
