knittingkumquat went there, she got prizes, samples, discounts...it sounded awesome. I missed it twice in a row, though, so this will be my first time. I just did a major inventory of my needle stash (MUCH needed!), and printed out a couple patterns I want to make (Knitty's "Samus" and "Intolerable Cruelty"). I'm all excited. :)
I'd better calm down and hit the sack though...I need to get up at the ass crack of dawn tomorrow (must be at the subway station before 6 AM to meetknittingkumquat near her place at 6:30). Blah. And my boyfriend's taking the LSAT (again) tomorrow, and then it's time for his birthday party. Boy, it's going to be a full day. And I'm spending Sunday at the local renaissance festival. I'll probably have to do some knitting on Sunday night to wind down after such a busy weekend. :D
