badseed1980I went to pick up my subsidized, payroll-deducted T pass today. The one I ordered online on September 8. Guess what they didn't have there waiting for me?
SHITE. I distinctly remember signing up for it right after I signed up for health insurance. And when I went into the system to sign up for it again, every step I saw looked familiar.
Apparently, their system just didn't record my first enrollment or something. What a pain in the ass. That's an extra $22 I have to spend this month, and extra time out of my day because I had to go all the way to their main office to find out that I wasn't in their system. Damn it all. Now I'm going to call them on Thursday and make sure I'm in the system.
