1. Woke up late this morning for the second time in a row. Alarm wasn't on. Good thing I have a considerate roommate. :)

2. Much less sore than I was yesterday, and the sore throat seems to have subsided again for the time being, though my foot still feels like I dropped something quite heavy and small on the left side of the instep. Odd, since I didn't. I have been getting these weird sore throats lately, that last for a few hours or a day, and then evaporate. I had it happen a few times last week too.

3. One of my friends from high school is getting married, probably this summer. Weird. She's younger than me by a year, and for most of the time I've known her she's not even dated. That only started a few years ago. But damn, I'm glad for her. I'd love to see her in a fabulous red sari, henna, and loads of jewelry!

4. One of my friends from college, the first of my friends to get married, is now pregnant and due in early March. I must get her address so I can knit something for her baby.

5. Coworker brought in coffee cake. GOOD coffee cake. A modest piece is sitting on my desk right now, and I am enjoying it immensely.

No, you reset it for 6am, but didn't turn it back on. No big deal, I got to work on time.
