Here I am thinking, "ONOES! There's no way I'll have time this evening and tomorrow evening to do all the prep work for the dessert I want to bring to tomorrow night's potluck!"
I can always just skip lunch and leave early, can't I? And it only takes 10 minutes to get there from my place. I'll have plenty of time! Joy! Now, I just need to find those damn tart pans with removable bottoms! Boy, I love saying that. "Tart pans with removable bottoms!" Keen. Somehow I keep imagining tarty boys in assless trousers. :)
I'm really hoping this dessert turns out as good as I hope it will. It sounded scrumptious when I first saw the recipe: port-glazed red grape tarts in pecan crusts, garnished with shavings of Stilton (not mandatory).
