Holy Jeebus people, I am going GREY. There's this lock of my hair, on the under layer just above my right ear, that's starting to go grey. What the FUCK? I'm only 27! Barely! :(

Edit: And yet, a girl at the military ball thought I was college-age based on my looks. Go figure.

Yeah, well, that's when a lot of people start. I think I was 26 when I found my first? Been a whole lot more since turning 30.

On some people ('specially darker hair) it can look rather cool. On me, sadly, it doesn't. But then, I dye my hair red anyway.

Have fun with it. When those close to you are causing you stress, hold up the hair and claim they gave it to you.

Yeah, I had a couple when I was 23. Now I have like 20 on my head at once. Just when I'd really started being happy with having brown hair, too! And yes, I definitely blame the greys on others at every opportunity. :)

Hey: you know how much gray I have. The guys at my workplace all thought I was closer in age to the oldest (aside from the boss), who is 28. R (28-year-old) couldn't believe that I was 35; thought I looked a lot younger. So yeah, don't sweat the gray. :)

I guess as long as my skin takes after my mom's I'm all set, really. You can dye greys, but can't iron out wrinkles without a lot of icky stuff like face lifts, which I hate. I used my little spiffy Philosophy scrub last night, though, thinking, "Well, if my hair's going grey, I can keep my skin from looking the same way even in this dry winter." :)

My first grey hair appeared at the end of my first year at Cambridge. I'd've been just 19 then. Been getting worse ever since; I have these Bride of Frankenstein white streaks at the sides that go bright orange when I dye my hair...

I was thinking about getting some Lush Caca Marron to use in my hair, see if that would give me some pretty sparkly red highlights, but I'm getting used to being a brunette and defying the redhead monopoly on sexy. :)

I already have to dye my roots as I'm rapidly approaching 40-50% grey with what's coming in. Also still pass for as young as 21, oddly enough.

My mom found gray hair on me when I was 8! Lol...it comes and goes with me.

And I already tend to random curls and waves, which really translates to "frizz". Bleah. Hey, at least they're thicker than my other hairs, which means I might get some volume without having to inflate my hair the way my mom wanted me to when I was younger (teasing, spraying, letting the frizz run rampant, etc.)

And now, fifteen years later, (ZOMG, can that be true?) you still can't really tell. It blends. My sister sometimes notices and asks when I'm going to start dying it.

NEVER. EVER. Well, maybe when the whole thing is white, I might do some manic panic or something, get all purple or whatnot.

But, atm, I dig the idea of my hair being shock white and down to my ass. My face still looks like I'm 25. Let 'em wonder!

Oh, I STARTED at 23. A couple here and there. But now I have quite a bit coming in...yanked out at least 8-10 last night, and that was only because it was getting late and I didn't have time to hunt and yank any more.

for some reason MANY people seem to think i'm not older than 35.

and given my hair shading, few notice the clump of gray at my forehead. it just looks like sunstreaking, or something, not gray.

i think you know, i LOVE my gray hair. i've earned those gray hairs. and they're pretty.

how i get away w/ no facial wrinkles, i have NO clue. i am so not a girl - i don't do anything, don't wear makeup usually, don't moisturize.

you have nice hair. i bet the gray looks nifty.

You're lucky to have the ash-blond hair that blends so nicely that you can't even see grey until you're like 90% grey. :)
