It's another Tuesday

And this time I'm feeling more physically blah than emotionally. I'm still sick, but I'm in work because I can't feel justified taking two days off for a mere cold. I have drugs which help somewhat. Still sniffling, sneezing, and coughing though.

I neglected to mention that over the weekend, I burned all 5 of Johnny Cash's American Recordings albums from my mom. W00t. How cool is that?

If I still feel like this at the end of the day, I may have to skip dance. If climbing a couple flights of stairs made me feel tired, two hours of dance might be pretty sucky. I hate doing it, because I've really enjoyed the last couple lessons, but I'm sick and I slept like crap last night. tisana or nepenthe01, do you remember what we were doing today? Was it drum solo? I'll bet it was drum solo. Meh. I need to learn how to better do a drum solo. But I REALLY doubt I'll have the energy for a class on that. If it happens to be chifti or taxim tonight, I might be able to manage.

I need to become better at it too, but I won't be there tonight. Yeah, two hours of class is really draining even when you feel fine...sick, I can't imagine.

Thanks. :) I'm thinking I may even go home early today. I can stick it out for a while, but it's likely that I'll start spacing out by afternoon.

Maybe we can convince her to do another drum solo class...

tongiht's the best night though because I have a ride there.

YOu can always take it easy in class if you tell her you're sick. I usually come when I'm sick and just go it a little easier on myself.

Yeah, I figured. Sorry, I totally forgot about the costume. I am not going to class. I e-mailed Miriam. I even went home early from work because I ended up feeling worse than I did yesterday.

I can't seem to get the keyboard to catch up to my typing speed tonight. Henc the spelling errors. So, I for some reason had thought you were sick days ago and were on the mend. Then I read that you were getting sicker & sicker as of today. I never would have suggested that you come to class when you feel that bad. Actually I started to feel really sick tonight - sorta like being carsick - all through class and it sucked. Class was still fun.

Homework is to bring in a drum solo on CD and we're all going to dance to eachother's drum solo selections.

Yes, it turned out (when I got home and counted points) that I had burned off 9 points through dancing (I added a 45 minute rehearsal before going to class) and only eaten 16 points so far that day. So I guess I was dizzy from lack of food.
