Beautiful Saturday

badseed1980It really is gorgeous today. I decided to make the best of it. I took the bus to Watertown Square, deciding to walk from there along Mt. Auburn St. and stop in wherever looked interesting. I visited the fruit, nut, and candy shop and got some much-craved milk chocolate (oh hush, milk chocolate's good too, dammit) and some dried sour plums. Then I hit Acme TV (my real destination), and got three belly dance CDs. The guy who works there was very nice and helpful, but couldn't change the fact that they were out of The Magic of John Bilezikjian. So I got a different JB CD. :) Then I stopped in the little Armenian bakery/grocery. There was a lot I wanted to buy, but didn't because I knew I'd be going to Mt. Auburn Cemetery after and couldn't refrigerate stuff very soon. But I DID find

Then I walked to the cemetery. I walked in a little ways and found a nice little shady spot with a stone wall to sit on. I did some meditation, then did some writing. Then I walked around the cemetary for a little while, taking a few pictures, like
Not bad, huh? Well, the subjects of the photos, anyway. The pictures themselves aren't that spiffy. But hey, I had fun taking 'em.
Now, to start ripping the new CDs I bought before placing an order with Redbones for dinner. Mmm, 'cue. Yum. I'm ready for it: I walked a hell of a lot today! I'm starving!
