badseed1980So my landlady tried calling the plumber after 7am. He didn't answer. She left a message, but hasn't heard back from him. Then she said she would come over herself with a snake at 9:30. I went out to Diesel to pee and get coffee in the meantime.
Just now, the landlady called and told me she remembered had a 10am appointment and wouldn't be able to make it here until after that. Sometime between 11:30 and noon, she said. OY VEY.
I don't want to have to keep running down to Davis every time I need to pee for the next two and a half hours, but it looks as though I have no choice.
I may not even get in to work today. I have SERIOUS doubts about whether she'll be able to do anything with that snake.
