I think that if you look at it closely, that's not bellydance at all. It is at best, ATF, or perhaps post-HipHop Cabaret. But certainly not traditional in the least.
Furthermore, that otter's suggestive dancing is perpetuating the stereotype that all otters are of easy virtue or available. Oh why can't the otters teach their children how to dance?
