1. King Richard's Faire with unferth, j4yx0r, and my_buried_heart was awesome! I got a gorgeous garnet necklace, had the opportunity to make Charlie the Unicorn jokes, and ate chowdah. It was great seeing the LA folks again, though the beer wasn't as good as last time I hung out with them.

2. Sunday's brunch was nummy and spent in good company. Nahant was cold but beautiful. I was too lazy to do laundry. I wasn't too lazy to cook, though. Go, me!

3. Had a hard time getting up this morning. Then, when I got outside, I realized I had drastically underdressed for the weather. Brrrr.

4. The Bombay stock exchange index is called the Sensex. Is it just me, or does that sound like the brand name of a condom?

5. TONIGHT is laundry night, and dinner at Spike's. I may even stop at Kickass Cupcakes for a...cupcake. Because I can. No I can't! They are CLOSED on MONDAY. *sigh*

YAY CUPCAKES.

I heard a horrible rumor from my friend Michelle that while there are GAMES at King Richard's Faire (that you have to PAY to PLAY), there are NO PRIZES. Is this true?!

Honestly, I don't know. I don't play the games. I tend to do more shopping, people-watching, drinking, eating, and performance-watching. I could ask j4yx0r: he used to help out at the games when he was younger.

Oooh..denied Kickass! But if you get there in time Lyndell's in Ball Sq. is open on Mondays now. Not as fancy as Kickass but still very tasty chocolate cupcakes. :)
