Ooh, this Torchwood is something between Bradbury and the stuff Stephen King writes that's inspired by Bradbury. Cool!

I thought it was an interesting concept. I'm still trying to decide if the ending was deeply unsatisfying or a creative way to subvert the sf cliche of "no lasting repercussions for the innocent victims in the end". Or both, I suppose.

I also really liked the concept (and also had that "Bradbury thrill"), but was dissatisfied with how disjointed it seemed. There were some unanswered questions, like, "What was Jack doing in that film?" (We know, thanks to direct questioning, that he was a traveling performer looking for the Night Travelers, but: What was he doing in that film? And how did the Night Travelers get filmed? Etc.)

A promising episode that could have been done much better, I think. (Ooh, imagine if Stephen Moffat had done it instead!)
