Post 3 things you've done in your lifetime that you don't think anybody else on your friends list has done.

See if anybody else responds with "I've done that."

Have your friends cut & paste this into their journal to see what unique things they've done in their life.

1) I have hung out at the home of an Israeli diplomat in Berlin, from about 3am until around dawn.

2) I have ridden a ferry to the Aran Islands while still drunk from the festivities of the night before (and was not nauseated).

3) I have worked at the same company as my father and my sister, at the same time, in the same building, in the same department, and it was a company not owned by any member of our family.

I was about to refute #2, but no, we planned to, but never got to go to the Aran Islands. Had we done so, I assure you I would still have been feeling the affects of the previous night. ;) So much cider to try, and only one week to fit it all in to.

For me, it was a number of double Jamesons bought for me by a guy who seemed rather bemused that I kept putting them away but still showed no inclination to flirt with him. :)

Ah yes...the tacit understanding that if they buy you a drink, you are obligated to reciprocate with some unit of romantic/sexual interest, from listening politely to bad conversation to a one night stand. Depending on what they've bought you, of course.

Man, that whole thing is strange. I avoid it all together.

I think he might have been more bemused that you were American and putting them away without falling over, like Marion in the first Indiana Jones movie.

I totally love Marion!

I love her in that movie, but that scene was particularly fun.

We were going to, yeah. Then we asked what was out there. 'Sheep' came the reply. We had enough fun playing sheep soccer on the big island, never mind going to a smaller island where that was the *only* activity.

I heard they had sweaters, too. And low stone walls.
And fields. Yep.
Like the rest of western Ireland.

And it wouldn't have been proper sheep soccer, if we didn't have the car. It'd be on foot. Never face down a sheep on foot. Who knows what they might do.

I came close to number three, but not exactly.

I worked for the same company as my mother and father, in the same department as my father, but mom was in underwriting, not claims.

I can say I did #2 and I came very close on #3 worked at the same company as 2 of my sisters, my mother and my sister-in-law, in the same building, in the same department.

I suppose it's not fair that we lived in a small town and there were only so many places to work at all. :)

I rode that ferry- but I WASN'T hungover, and I DID get sick! Bleh!

Oh- but we didn't care that there's nothing but stone walls and sheep. I'd give anything to live there.

There were ALSO pubs and fantastic moonscape-looking stony beaches where I found a rock with a hole all the way through!
