Sarah Jane's thoughts for 11?
Nov. 19th, 2008 11:13 amSo...Elisabeth Sladen, a.k.a. Sarah Jane Smith, suggested Jason Isaacs for the 11th Doctor in an interview. I...kinda like that idea. Yeah. Yum.
Of course, Sladen also suggested Ron Perlman, which suggests the lady may well be smoking crack. I mean, don't get me wrong, I ADORE Ron Perlman. He's amazing in everything I've seen him in, and there's something very endearing about the big ugly bastard, but, um...no. No way.

Date: 2008-11-19 06:06 pm (UTC)i think isaacs would be great. look at eccleston - could you have expected that beforehand? i don't think so.
also, no to perlman because, imo, the doctor MUST be british. maybe it's just me.

Date: 2008-11-19 06:28 pm (UTC)'interesting looks' may well mean that Moffat is looking to cast a woman in the role. It's been suggested (http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=dr+who+curse+of+fatal+death&search_type=&aq=0&oq=dr+who+cur) before (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXRmpm0MEMY). (Though, admittedly, that was a spoof. But it was a good spoof!)
