1. We're watching a movie today at work. Yep. It's called Desk Set, and it's about researchers, so we're going to show it over lunch. :) Hey, it's relevant!

2. I need to get a gift for a gift swap. Tonight? Possibly tonight.

3. I also need to get a heater for Moby Dick. Probably also tonight. PetCo is going to love me. In three times since Saturday.

4. Good thing I have dinner prepared already: tasty, tasty Moroccan-style lamb with eggplant, tomato, and mushroom, served with bulgur. Mmm.

5. How did I fail to poke kyrian03 about Torchwood? OMG. Honey, you already know John Barrowman is a hottie, since you saw him in Doctor Who. There are also other hot men on the show, including James Marsters. Barrowman makes out with several of them. YUM. Alas, my icon is the only instance of him kissing Chris Eccleston. :( We still need to do that 28 Days Later viewing, but maybe I'll throw in a Torchwood ep or two. By the way, did you know Good is coming out on New Year's Eve? :D

I am quite fond of Desk Set (shocker for a librarian, huh?). When I was doing my orientation hell at the library, I got to spend an hour in telephone reference which felt very much like the atmosphere in that movie. If I wasn't so fond of children, I would do that! :)

You told me about TOrchwood but I had not realized how much fun it was! We should plan for a 28 days later viewing after the new year. I am reading "The Road" and have mixed feelings about seeing it. Maybe we can go see "Good" sometime in January.

Loving the icon. Watched a bunch of season 1 Episodes of Torchwood last night, and wished I had season 2. Nice to know there's another local fan.
