Getting those "gee, I miss dating" blues again. Still completely unsure whether I want to do something about it. Partly (mostly?) because I'm not sure that a decision to do something about it would lead anywhere productive. It's not like there's been a huge influx of poly men into the Boston area since I was last hoping to find someone to date, after all.

So far, the men I've gone out with have all been previously unpoly (I hesitate to assume truly "mono") but quite open to the idea. That kind of surprised me. Maybe poly's recent press is warming people up...or maybe they're just really competitive.

But (a) it's not like I've found the "click" that turned into another relationship, so I can't brag about the success of that approach, and (b) haven't you said before that such a strategy has worked out poorly for you in the past? Meh, indeed.

Damn. Where's www.polyboyfriends-r-us.com when we need it? (I must still know a few VC types from my yuppie scenester days. If I can get the startup funding, you want in?)
