I'm right there with you on the spelling and grammar. It's just such a turn-off. I'd be tempted to be a "brat" about it -- "No! I won't won't won't until Daddy uses English!" But I have recently gotten similar responses on OKCupid and when I replied about the grammar, I got called a nasty cunt. *sigh*

My husband has atrocious spelling and grammar and I tell him that that is his first impression on these things. And to really even have me edit his profile and messages for him possibly because maybe its judgmental, but if someone comes off uneducated and who doesn't take the time and effort to spell properly and create a coherent sentence, I automatically move on.

there was a time when OKCupid seemed to have a higher caliber of people, intelligence-wise. But sadly, many others seem to have found it and it's getting dumbed down a bit. :-\

I do occasionally get some well-written messages on OKC, and usually, most of the awful ones are also much shorter than this. The fact that he just keeps spewing it is what led me to actually reply so snarkily. I blocked him because I DON'T care to be called names because of my reply. :)

I will confess to a certain trainwreck like fascination that makes me want to watch the video, but I will decline. Okay I watched the vid... you weren't missing much by avoiding it...

Now I'll admit I'm horrible at spelling, and will gladly use the built in spell check every time... but wow this guy doesn't just take the cake, he's after the whole bakery... This is the lamest excuse for an introduction that I've seen in a long time. (Right up there with the old Nice boots, Wanna"...)

Second I'll admit I've used the single letter to mean a word shorthand typing in instant messages when speed is more of an issue to keep the flow of a conversation going, but past that this idiot seems to think that's what women want to hear, or even more frightening is that it has probably has worked a number of times in the past... I'm kind of amazed he didn't say something about the incredible size of his dick...

I think that beats some of my worst OKC messages. The ones that come to mind are the professor that was looking for a student to play out fantasies with him (never mind that I'm too old and not a student), or the guy who sent me a perfectly nice first letter and then after I answered him proceeded to describe his nasty library sex fantasy (after saying the he understood I was only looking for friends).

But my favorite mistake up there is the phrase "Give me a try i promise u want be disappointed." He promises that you want to be disappointed? ;)
