Feb. 1st, 2009 10:53 amHoly crap! A high of 40 today and 42 tomorrow! SUPER SWEET! Generally, we get more than 2-3 of those kinds of days during the winter, don't we? This one has been SO cold. But today begins February, and the sun is coming through the clouds, and spring is on the way. (Yeah, yeah, I know it's going to get cold again after tomorrow, but STILL...)
Gonna make some CHOWDAH today! Yay! I haven't made it in ages, and it's perfect for today: warming soupy goodness, but with a decided "summer food" feel to it. Nom.
