Particularly cool is that Iowa, unlike lameoid California, has the Massachusetts process for Constitutional Amendments: It needs to pass the legislature on two successive sessions before going to the ballot. No doubt someone will introduce an amendment, but we'll get to see how every legislator votes on it and then they'll have an election before they vote again. That's how we won here.
