I'd try it, though my only liver experience has involved chicken livers, fois gras, braunschweiger, and pate. No beef liver or lamb liver.

I'm amused more than horrified

It sounds a little silly, particularly the matzoh rim, but not too bad. On the other hand, the bacon-and-liver thing sounds more horrifying.

See, I'd try the bacon and liver, especially if it were chopped liver. But I hate bourbon and Manischewitz both!
