badseed1980So, tonight's accomplishments are as follows:
* Two bacon quiches
* Two spinach and mushroom quiches
* Two asparagus quiches
* Three bacon, spinach, and garlic potato turnovers made with the leftover crust
* One HUGE batch of chocolate peanut butter frosting (about 5 cups: I hope it's enough!)
The kitchen is clean and the dishwasher is loaded. The cast iron skillet has been re-seasoned with bacon grease after an intensive salt scrubbing which it really needed.
I am going to go collapse now, OK?
