I had a lovely weekend, thanks for asking. Friday evening was spent in the company of some good friends. Saturday was Gardening Day. We transplanted our seedlings into window boxes and other pots, in the warm sunny weather on the back deck. We then met up with some friends and friends-of-friends for a birthday cruise on the Spirit of Boston. The upgrade package we bought included an open bar, of which we took full advantage. Oy. Sunday, therefore, started off a little slowly and lazily. We ran some errands and did a little more gardening. We also picked up some yummy stuff at Pemberton Farms for a picnic supper: truffled chicken liver mousse, hard salami, bread, olives, etc. We ate at Powderhouse, on the grass. We had cheese and blackberries on the back deck at home afterwards.

Today is my last dance class of the semester. I do feel bad that I'll be missing the performances this year, but frankly, I'm kind of glad I chose not to do them, in order to keep my stress levels down a bit.

It's a gorgeous day. Tomorrow is going to be insanely warm, but today will just be lovely. I'm looking forward to a nice walk at lunchtime. :)
