Tasks done today:

* Got a culinary torch (woo-hoo!)
* Got cupcake liners
* Bought ingredients for all cupcakes and some for dinner tomorrow
* Learned to use torch and figured out my best bet for toasty marshmallow goodness
* Reduced coconut milk for coconut cupcakes
* Mixed dry ingredients for mole-ass cookies (hey, they're traditional!)
* Did laundry (ok, it's still in the dryer)

Tasks to do tomorrow:

* Clean the fish tank
* Bake cookies and get the rest of a care package together
* Make coconut frosting

Fun thing done today:

* Talked on the phone to pierceheart. Gods, I miss that man. But it's better to miss him than if I never had him to miss.
